Annual Facility Review Meeting. 656 County shall hold an annual meeting with City and other Public Participants to review the Service 657 Contractor’s Processing efforts, and overall performance under this Agreement. The purpose of such 658 meeting is to provide for a discussion and review of technological, economic, and regulatory changes in 659 collection, source reduction, Processing and Disposal to achieve a continuing, advanced materials 660 Processing and Disposal system; and to ensure services are being provided by County and the Service 661 Contractor with adequate quality, effectiveness and economy, and in full compliance with the terms of 662 this Agreement. 663 County shall notify City of its intent to hold an annual review meeting at least sixty (60) days in advance 664 thereof. 665 In addition, City may request a meeting with County to discuss the issues described herein at any time 666 during the Agreement Term, and County shall arrange such meeting within thirty (30) Days of City request. Materials Delivery Commitment & Processing Services Agreement 667 3.5 Services During Uncontrollable Events 668 In the event of an Uncontrollable Circumstance, County shall make Reasonable Business Efforts to receive 669 materials delivered by City’s Collection Contractor, and to promptly and cost effectively provide materials 670 processing and disposal services either through facilities within the County’s Solid Waste System or using 671 alternative waste management facilities. The County commits to seeking all reimbursable funds from any 672 and all insurance policies providing coverage for loss or damage resulting from such events to return the 673 TRRP and Landfill to operations. If the cost to repair the TRRP and landfill exceed the available insurance 674 proceeds, the County will prepare a plan and budget to return the facilities to operational status and 675 submit this information to the Operating Committee for consideration under Section 4.3.D.3. Moreover, 676 since the type, scope and limits of the required insurance coverage secured by the Contractor and the 677 County for the TRRP was determined after review and consultation by the City of Santa Xxxxxxx, any 678 significant changes in the type, scope or limits of insurance coverage for the TRRP will be subject to review 679 by the Operating Committee. 680

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.
