Annual Entitlement. 13.2.1 The Executive's annual entitlement to paid holidays is to those public or customary holidays recognised by the Company in any holiday year of which there are eight in total and in addition 29 contractual days holiday.
Annual Entitlement. Employees eligible for leave benefits shall be entitled to 3 three (3) working days (to a maximum of twenty-four hours) of bereavement leave per occurrence 4 due to death of members of their immediate family.
Annual Entitlement. (a) The Executive shall be entitled to 28 days' paid holiday in each holiday year excluding the usual public holidays in England.
Annual Entitlement. (i) Paid annual vacations for Regular Full-Time Employees shall be allowed as follows:
Annual Entitlement. An employee may be granted a leave of absence without pay, for up to 72 hours per calendar year, subject to operational requirements. This leave may be taken in full-day increments. On such leaves, seniority will accrue. Leave of absence will normally only be considered providing that all annual vacation entitlement and accrued days in lieu of statutory holidays have been taken; or all annual vacation entitlement or accrued days in lieu of statutory holidays have been previously scheduled and approved.
Annual Entitlement. Effective July 1, 1990, a full-time, contractual unit member shall be entitled to ten (10) days per fiscal year for Personal Necessity Leave without loss of pay. Such leave shall be deducted from accrued sick leave. Personal necessity Leave for part-time contractual employees and non-contractual employees shall be prorated on the basis of the ratios set forth in Section 8.1.
Annual Entitlement. The yearly sick leave entitlement of twelve (12) days shall be advanced to employees on January 1st of each year of service. However, should the employment of such employee terminate for any reason before the yearly sick-leave entitlement advanced on this basis has been earned in that year, an adjustment shall be made to the employee's final cheque to repay such advance.
Annual Entitlement. An employee may be granted a leave of absence without pay, for up to ten (10) days per calendar year, subject to operational requirements. Where leave is requested for over five (5) days, then such leave must be taken in five (5) day increments. On such leaves, seniority will accrue. Requests will be limited to two (2) per calendar year. Leave of absence will normally only be considered providing that all vacation entitlement and accrued days in lieu of statutory holidays have been taken; or all vacation entitlement or accrued days in lieu of statutory holidays have been previously scheduled and approved; or where the employee has fewer than five (5) unscheduled days, and leave, if granted, is limited to five (5) days in such circumstances.
Annual Entitlement. (a) For twelve (12)-month employees entitlement to annual vacation with pay shall be: - up to four years continuous service at June 30 3 weeks - four to seven 4 weeks - eight to eleven 5 weeks - twelve and thereafter 6 weeks
Annual Entitlement a) Regular employees whose employment terminates, for whatever reason, prior to completing twelve (12) months of continuous service from the date of appointment shall receive vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
