Annual Dues. So long as the annual dues Member is in good standing, this membership will be continued automatically each year hereafter at the applicable rate on the first month following the anniversary date.
Annual Dues. Upon execution of this Agreement, you shall pay the first year’s (i.e., the time period from December 1, 2018 to December 1, 2019) Annual Dues to us in the amount set forth in the Addendum. On September 15, 2019 and on each subsequent September 15 during the Term, you shall pay us the Annual Dues due for the following year of the Term. Each of the installment payments will be subject to a processing fee in an amount set by us. This processing fee, which is subject to increase, is currently $5 for each installment payment. If payment of your annual dues is late by ten or more days, you will be assessed a late charge in the maximum amount permitted for late charges under the retail installment sales law in effect in the state of your residence. Your annual dues are stated and must be paid in U.S. Dollars.
Annual Dues. Beginning with the second paycheck in October, the District shall deduct the amount certified by the Union as the annual dues from the pay of each employee who has so authorized such withholding in writing in fifteen equal installments. Normally all such deductions shall be remitted to the Union within one week of the end of each pay period. Employees on leaves of absence must make suitable arrangements in advance of such leave to pay the annual dues directly to the Union. Annual Dues. OPERATOR will remain current on all dues and fees owed to ACCT as part of the Program. Payment shall be due within thirty days of the OPERATOR’s receipt of the invoice from ACCT, or interest at a rate of two (2) percent per month on the outstanding balance due will be assessed. Unless an alternate payment arrangement is agreed to by both parties, accounts which are more than 90-days delinquent may be subject to collection, which may result in collection fees up to 33% of the account balance, plus interest. If this AGREEMENT is cancelled, all amounts owed must be paid in full.
