Annual Compliance Reports. The Project Beneficiary hereby agrees to provide to the Agency, at a minimum, an annual compliance report (each, a “Compliance Report”) on the Public Benefits outlined herein and in the Performance and Accountability Provisions during the Term of this Agreement. The annual compliance report must be provided by no later than January 31 of each year, commencing with the first January 31 following the Agreement Dated Date set forth above and annually thereafter during the Term of this Agreement. The Compliance Report will include, at a minimum, the items set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto (the “Minimum Required Annual Report Items”).
Annual Compliance Reports. (a}Beginning with the issuance of the Certificate and continuing throughout the Term of the Agreement, Developer shall submit to DOH the Annual Compliance Report within 30 days after the end of the calendar year to which the Annual Compliance Report relates. Failure by Developer to submit the Annual Compliance Report shall constitute an Event of Default under Section 15.01 hereof. The covenants set forth in this Section 8.20 shall run with the land and be binding upon any transferee for the Term of the Agreement.

  • Compliance Report The Subservicer agrees that it shall permit, not more than once per year, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Administrator, as the Indenture Trustee’s designee, to conduct or have conducted a procedural audit regarding the Subservicer’s compliance with the requirements of the Higher Education Act or the terms of this Agreement. Such audits shall be at the expense of the Servicer.
