Common use of Annual Collateral Verification Clause in Contracts

Annual Collateral Verification. Together with the delivery of each Compliance Certificate delivered with the financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(b), the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Perfection Certificate Supplement, either confirming that there has been no change in such information since the date of the Perfection Certificate delivered on the Closing Date or the date of the most recent Perfection Certificate Supplement delivered pursuant to this Section and/or identifying such changes.
