Common use of Annual Cash Bonus Clause in Contracts

Annual Cash Bonus. During each fiscal year of the Company that the Employment Term is in effect, the Executive shall be eligible to earn a cash bonus in the sole discretion of the Board of up to 200% of the Executive’s Base Salary (prorated for any partial fiscal year) (the “Annual Cash Bonus”).

Annual Cash Bonus. Any such bonus will be paid within the year following the year for which the cash bonus was earned.

In addition, the Company shall cause the Executive to participate in the NTL Group Long Term Incentive Plan.

For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004, the Executive shall participate in the NTL Group 2004 Bonus Scheme with bonus eligibility of 100% of the Base Salary payable if the “target” performance is achieved, and up to a maximum bonus of 200% of the Base Salary if the “target” is exceeded.

During For each fiscal year Fiscal Year of the Company that through which the Employment Term is in effectExecutive remains an active employee of the Company, the Executive shall be eligible will have the opportunity to earn a cash bonus based on achievement of a targeted level of performance, as reflected in the sole discretion annual bonus letter and based on performance criteria mutually determined by the President & CEO and the Executive. For the Fiscal Year ending March 25, 2007, and each Fiscal Year thereafter, the target bonus is forty percent (40%) of the Board of up to 200% of the Executive’s Base Salary (prorated for any partial fiscal year) (the “Annual Cash Bonus”)Salary.

The payment of any annual bonus in shall be contingent upon the sole discretion achievement of certain corporate and/or individual performance goals established by the Board of up to 200% of the Executive’s Base Salary (prorated for any partial fiscal year) (the “Annual Cash Bonus”)in its discretion.
