Common use of Annual Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Annual Bonuses. In addition to Base Salary, Employee shall be eligible to participate in the KAR Auction Services, Inc. Annual Incentive Plan (the “Bonus Plan”) (as in effect from time to time). Except as provided in Section 4 and Section 5 below, payment to Employee of any amounts under the Bonus Plan shall be subject to Employee’s continued employment with Employer through December 31 of the calendar year to which such bonus relates. Payment of any bonus pursuant to the Bonus Plan shall be made as soon as practicable but in no event later than March 15 of the year following the calendar year to which such bonus relates.

During the Employment Period, Employee’s potential annual bonus shall be no less favorable than any other employee of Employer or its subsidiaries. Except as provided in Section 4 and and/or Section 5 below, payment to bonus shall only be paid if the Employee of any amounts under is employed on the Bonus Plan shall be subject to Employee’s continued employment with Employer through December 31 last day of the calendar year to which such the bonus relates. Payment of any bonus pursuant to the Bonus Plan relates and shall be made as soon as practicable but in no event later than paid between January 1 and March 15 of the year following the calendar year to which such bonus relates.
