Annual Base Pay. During your employment with the Company, you will be entitled to receive, under the Credit Incentive Plan to be adopted by the Company (the “CIP”), cash payments at the rate of $1,200,000 per year (the “Base Pay”), which amounts shall be paid in monthly installments. All amounts payable hereunder are subject to withholding, if applicable, in accordance with law.

Annual Base Pay. The annual Base Salary of Executive will be two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000). For as long as this Agreement is effective, the Board shall review Executive's Base Salary at least annually.

This decision shall be discretionary and non-grievable. In the event an employee is hired at the Step 2 rate, such employee would move to the top step after 1 year (12 months).
Annual Base Pay. During your employment with the Company, your base salary from and after January 1, 2018 shall be at the rate of $100,000, which amount shall be paid in monthly installments.   • Annual Base Compensation The Company agrees to pay the Executive during the term of this Agreement a salary at the rate of $335,000 per annum, payable in cash not less frequently than monthly.

  • Base Pay You shall be paid an annual salary (“Base Pay”) of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($360,000) which shall be payable in equal periodic installments according to the Corporation’s customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly, and subject to such withholdings and deductions as required by law. Your Base Pay shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors, and any change in Base Pay approved by the Board shall become effective January 1 of the year for which it is approved.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

In the event the Commencement Date falls on a day other than the first day of a calendar month, then the monthly installment of Base Rent shall be prorated for such month. In the event this Lease expires or is terminated on a day that is other than the last day of a calendar month, then the Base Rent for the month in which the Term expires or is terminated shall be prorated. Tenant shall pay the Base Rent to Landlord at Landlord’s address set forth in Section 17.5 of this Lease, or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate to Tenant in writing (in accordance with Section 17.5 of this Lease), in funds which at the time of such payment shall be legal tender for the payment of public or private debts in the United States of America. Beginning on the Commencement Date, Tenant shall also pay to Landlord an annual parking charge that shall be part of the Base Rent and initially shall be equal to the product of One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) multiplied by the number of parking spaces which are allocated for Tenant’s use under Section 2.2 of the REA (initially, 120 spaces), being initially Twelve Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($12,000.00) per year. In the event Tenant should demand the LTACH Exclusive Parking Rights, as provided for in the REA, then from and after the date that Tenant begins to have such exclusive parking, the amount of the parking charge that shall be part of the Base Rent shall be increased to One Hundred Twenty-Five Percent (125%) of the parking charge then in effect at the time that Tenant begins to have such exclusive parking, with the amount prorated for any partial calendar year. Both the minimum rent and the parking charge that comprise the Base Rent shall be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3.5 below.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive’s “Annual Compensation” for purposes of determining severance payable under this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the sum of (i) the annual rate of Base Salary as of the Date of Termination, and (ii) the cash bonus, if any, earned by the Executive for the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation In addition to your Salary, during the Employment Term you shall be eligible to earn an annual bonus for each whole or partial calendar year during the Employment Term, determined and payable as follows (the “Bonus”):
