Common use of Annual Audit Clause in Contracts

Annual Audit. Subrecipient shall arrange for an independent audit to be performed by a Certified Public Accountant, for funds received from County, in accordance with Audit Requirements detailed in Paragraph 46 and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
