Annual Association Meeting. The association will be given time at the beginning of the year during workshop days to hold an association meeting. The time of this meeting will be mutually agreed upon by the district and the association.

Annual Association Meeting. 1. The Board shall authorize up to a maximum of two (2) total days of absence without loss of pay per year (September 1st thru August 31st) to staff members elected to represent the Union as delegates at the annual OAPSE meeting. In the event that an employee is a state officer, or an executive board member, he/she shall be authorized three (3) days of such leave. A request for use of this leave must be submitted by the President of the Union to the Superintendent or his/her designee at least three weeks in advance. A maximum of three (3) employees shall be permitted to utilize such leave if substitute employees have been lined up in advance by the employee's supervisor.

  • Association Meetings The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion.   • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Informal Meeting Before a formal hearing is conducted the University President or designee shall call a meeting with the charging party, the accused Bargaining Unit Faculty Member, and a representative of the AAUP-WSU. The purpose of this meeting shall be to attempt resolution of the matter through informal discussion. Additional meetings may occur provided the University President or designee and the Bargaining Unit Faculty Member being charged believe that further meetings will serve a useful purpose.
