Annual Analysis. In accordance with State law, the Program undertakes an annual valuation study using a certified actuary to determine the actuarial soundness of the Program and conducts an annual audit using a certified public accounting firm. The results of the actuarial valuation are used to determine the price of future Contracts and stabilization reserve embedded in the Contract pricing. The reports are available to the public at NV Xxxxxxx.xxx, under More Info/Enrollment, or upon request.

Annual Analysis. At least once in every twelve (12) months beginning 30 days after the Actual Commercial Date, other than the first Contract Year, Seller shall perform and submit to the Buyer the results of a PTC Rating analysis. If this analysis demonstrates that each Generating Facility has an AC power rating of less than ninety-five (95) percent of the Contract AC Power Rating, then the Contract Price shall be adjusted as defined in subsection (a) above. The failure of this once-yearly analysis to demonstrate to Buyer’s satisfaction that each Generating Facility has an AC power rating of at least ninety (90) percent of the Contract AC Power Rating, shall constitute an Event of Default on the part of the Seller.
Annual Analysis. At least once in every twelve (12) months beginning 30 days after the Commercial Date, other than the first Contract Year, Seller shall perform and submit to the Buyer the results of a PTC Rating analysis to be performed in the same manner as detailed in Article 4.3(a). Results of this testing, along with comparison of metered production and expected production for the period since previous testing, shall be provided to Buyer.
Annual Analysis. Principle: The Assistant Chief will provide the Chief of Police with a documented annual summary of all written grievances. The Chief of Police will analyze the grievances to determine what steps might be taken to minimize the causes.

  • COMPENSATION ANALYSIS After the expiration of the second (2nd) Renewal Term of this Agreement, if any, a Compensation Analysis may be performed.   • Annual Audit If Subrecipient expends Federal funds in a fiscal year which equal or exceed $750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand dollars) as specified in OMB Circular A-133-Revised, 2 CFR Part 200.500- Subpart F-Audit Requirements Subrecipient shall cause an audit to be prepared by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) of the California Society of CPA’s. The audit must be performed annually in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) authorized by the AICPA and Federal laws and regulations governing the programs in which it participates. Furthermore, County retains the authority to require Subrecipient to submit similarly prepared audit at Subrecipient’s expense even in instances when Subrecipient’s expenditure is less than $750,000. Subrecipient will be required to identify corrective action taken in response to any findings identified by CPA related to their funded activity or program. Subrecipient will ensure an annual financial audit is performed in compliance with the Federal Single Audit Act and will submit two (2) copies of such audit report, including a copy of the management letter, to County within six (6) months of the end of each Contract year in which Subrecipient has received federal funding (i.e., July 1 – June 30). Failure to meet this requirement may result in County denying reimbursement of funds to Subrecipient, as well as future funding qualification. Subrecipients, which are exempt from statutory audit requirements, shall maintain records, which are available for review by County or Federal officials. Subrecipient acknowledges that any and all “Financial Statements” submitted to County pursuant to this County become Public Records and are subject to public inspection pursuant to Sec. 6250 et seq. of the California Government.

  • Annual Audits Each fiscal year, the School shall provide for an independent annual financial audit conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Governmental Auditing Standards and performed by a certified public accountant (CPA); provided the Commission may establish an alternative reporting requirement in accordance with State law.   • Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit a completed Quarterly Sales Report electronically, in the required format, to the Department’s Contract Manager within thirty (30) calendar days after close of each quarter. The quarterly sales report can be found here: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. The Contract Quarterly Sales Report will include all sales and orders associated with this Contract from Customers received during the reporting period. Initiation and submission of the Sales Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the DMS Contract Manager. Failure to provide the quarterly sales report will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Contract. Initiation and submission of the quarterly sales report are the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification by the Department. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If no sales are recorded during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed in probationary status or the Department may terminate the Contract. Quarter 1 – (July-September) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 2 – (October-December) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 3 – (January-March) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 4 – (April-June) due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Exceptions may be made if a delay in submitting reports is attributable to circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the Contractor. The burden of proof of unavoidable delay shall rest with the Contractor and shall be supplied in a written form and submitted to the Department. The Department reserves the right to request additional sales information as needed.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager.
