Common use of Annexation Clause in Contracts

Annexation. Upon ninety (90) days written notice, any additions of territory to the Franchise Authority, by annexation or other legal means, contiguous to the Franchise Area, shall thereafter be subject to all the terms of this Agreement as though it were an extension made hereunder related to the Cable System located or operated within said territory.
