Animal Control Officer. 15.10 On a case-by-case basis, and not unilaterally, and at the sole discretion of the Employer, where one employee is off the full shift and the second employee is scheduled to be off one-half (1/2) of the shift or less, a third employee may be considered for the shift off provided that the release of such third employee does not result in overtime or the violation of departmental policies regarding shift strengths.
Animal Control Officer. Animal Control Officers scheduled to work on an authorized holiday shall receive the day off with pay, not to exceed eight (8) hours of pay for any one (1) day. The employee shall have the option of working the number of hours above the eight (8) hours of holiday pay in order to account for a full work day, or shall have the option of using time from a leave bank in order to be paid for a full work day. Any hours worked in order to account for a full work day on the holiday will be paid at the employee’s straight time hourly rate. For instance, if an employee is scheduled to work a ten (10) hour shift on a holiday, the employee will have the option of working two (2) hours, or using two (2) hours from a leave bank. If the holiday falls on a normally scheduled day off, the employee shall select another day to take off as the holiday within the week that the holiday occurs.
Animal Control Officer. ENFORCEMENT
Animal Control Officer. Animal Control schedule shall consist of a 7 day workweek, consisting of 5 consecutive workdays and 2 consecutive days off. The work shift will be 8 hours induration.
Animal Control Officer. The Animal Control officer shall be paid an additional one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per year upon completion of the free and reduced cost spay and neuter program. Written verification of satisfactory completion must be submitted annually by the Police Chief. This additional amount in excess of the member’s base salary (Appendix A) is not subject to the provisions of Article 10 Sections 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3 or Article 12A Section 1.
Animal Control Officer. The ARL will have available an Animal Control Officer (“ACO”) to respond to calls for service related to domestic animals at large or bite investigations during regular business hours. The ACO will assist in the capture of these animals when requested by the Department.
Animal Control Officer. The Animal Control Officer shall be responsible for completing, at the time of arrival, the holding forms on each animal brought in, including but not limited to written instructions as to any charges or special handling. The Animal Control Officer shall implement the policies of operation of the Animal Control Department as set out by the County.
Animal Control Officer. Eight (8) hours per day between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with one-half (½) hour unpaid meal break. During the daylight savings time, hours of work may be scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. By mutual agreement between the employee and his supervisor, the workweek may occasionally include a Saturday. RCMP Guards and RCMP Dispatchers: As shown in Schedule C-1 Recreation Facility Custodians: As shown in Schedule C-2 Landfill Site: Shift One: Eight (8) hours per day between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one- half (½ ) hour unpaid meal break. Shift Two: Eight (8) hours per day between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, with a one- half (½) hour unpaid meal break.

This additional amount in excess of the member's ADD: MBU’s base salary (Appendix A) is not subject to the provisions of Article 10 Sections 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3 ADD: 10.1-10.5 or Article 12A Section I.
