Common use of AND Clause in Contracts

AND. XYZ Company, a Company incorporated under the laws of (hereinafter referred to as “XYZ”) having its registered office at which expression shall include its successors and such assigns as are permitted under Article 28 hereof, of the SECOND PART;

AND. XYZ CompanyXYZ, a Company company incorporated under the laws of (hereinafter referred to as “XYZ” or “Contractor”) having its registered office at which expression shall include its successors and such assigns as are permitted under Article 28 27 hereof, of the SECOND PART;

AND. XYZ CompanyLimited, a Company company incorporated under the laws of (hereinafter referred to as “XYZ”) having its registered office at which expression shall include its successors and such assigns as are permitted under Article 28 26 hereof, of the SECOND PART;
