The Promoter and Allottee shall assigns of the FOURTH PART; THE PERSONS NAMED IN ANNEXURE A HERETO (hereinafter collectively be referred to as the "Parties" “Promoter Selling Shareholders” and individually as a “Promoter Selling Shareholder”), which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include their successors-in-interest and permitted assigns of the FIFTH PART; THE PERSONS NAMED IN ANNEXURE B HERETO (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Promoter Group Selling Shareholders” and individually as a “Promoter Group Selling Shareholder”), which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include their successors-in-interest and permitted assigns of the SIXTH PART; “Other Selling Shareholders” and individually as a “Other Selling Shareholder”), which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include their successors-in-interest and permitted assigns of the SEVENTH PART. The Investor Selling Shareholder, the Individual Selling Shareholder, the Promoter Selling Shareholders, the Promoter Group Selling Shareholders and the Other Selling Shareholders are collectively referred to as the “Selling Shareholders” and individually as a “Selling Shareholder”. The Company, the Registrar and the Selling Shareholders are hereinafter individually referred to as a “Party"” and collectively as the “Parties”.
