AND STANDARDS. 1. The Concessionaire shall comply with the specifications and standards set forth in this Schedule 4 while fulfilling its obligations under the Concession Agreement. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Concessionaire shall, in addition to the standards specified in this Schedule, adopt any other relevant standards required to be adopted in accordance with Applicable Laws and good industry practice.
AND STANDARDS. 6.1 The Subscriber shall at all times ensure that the Products are produced, sold or otherwise disposed of, supplied, used and maintained and that the Services are provided by or for the Subscriber in accordance and full compliance with all licences, permits, legislations, registrations, regulations, restrictions, standards and codes applicable in the Territory under which the Subscriber or as the case may be its Affiliates, its suppliers, its contractors, sub-contractors or its or their employees or its or their agents are or may be lawfully required to operate in relation to the production, sale, supply, disposition, use and maintenance of the Products and the provision of the Services as any of the same may be in force or applicable from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Any such press announcements or publicity proposed under this Clause 10 shall remain subject to the rights relating to Confidential Information and Commercially Sensitive Information, Subject to the rights in relation to Confidential Information and Commercially Sensitive Information, the Client shall be entitled to publicise the Contract in accordance with any legal obligation upon the Client including any examination of the Contract by the Auditors. The Solicitor shall not do anything or permit to cause anything to be done, which may damage the reputation of the Client or bring the Client into disrepute.

Processes used in connection with the provision of the Services shall be in accordance with this Framework Agreement. On the request of the Authority Representative, the Supplier shall provide proof to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction that the processes used, or proposed to be used, conform to the Framework Agreement. To the extent that the standard of work has not been set out in this Framework Agreement, the Supplier shall use the best applicable techniques and standards and perform this Framework Agreement with all reasonable care, skill and diligence, and in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Supplier warrants and represents that all Supplier Staff assigned to the performance of the Services shall possess and exercise such qualifications, skill and experience as are necessary for the proper performance of the Services.
AND STANDARDS. If EPA has concerns with the state federally approved Water Quality Standards they should work directly with Ecology on those concerns before working with other entities. If each agency agrees those concerns need to be addressed, they will work together on a path to do so.
