AND SECURITY. You agree not to give or make available your password or other means to access your account (collectively “access credentials”) to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all payments you authorize using the Service. If you permit another person (such as a family member or co-worker) to use the Service or your access credentials, or you entrust that person with your access credentials, you are deemed to have authorized and are fully liable for any transactions or other actions those other persons may take using the Service prior to you notifying us that transfers or actions by that person are no longer authorized. If you believe that the security of any of your access credentials may be compromised, lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission using information from your check, that someone may attempt to use the Service without your consent, or that someone has transferred money without your permission, you must notify the Service AT ONCE by calling 888-835- 0551.

AND SECURITY. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining authority for employees covered by this Agreement and coming within the jurisdiction of the Union. The Employer shall have the right to discharge men for just cause. The Employer shall provide a termination slip within forty-eight (48) hours which shall state the reasons for discharge or lay-off occurring prior to job completion and the employee is eligible for rehire. As a condition of employment the Employer shall deduct normal monthly dues and approved working dues from each employee which shall be remitted, together with a list of those employees from whom deductions have been made, by the Employer each month to the Local Union. All employees covered by this Agreement, as a condition of continued employment, shall, commencing on the eighth (8th) day following the beginning of such employment the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, acquire and maintain membership in the Union during ‘the term of their employment. The Employer, upon receipt of written notice and reasons from the Union, shall discharge forthwith any employee who, as determined by the Union in its sole discretion, ceases to be a member in good standing of the Union. Upon presentation of proper authorization forms executed by the individual employees, the Employer shall deduct from the wages of such individual employees Union initiation fees, dues and assessments and shall, once each month, pay over to the representative designated by the Union the amount so deducted by the fifteenth (15th) of the following month. The Union shall select one of its Members who shall be recognized as Job Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx shall perform his duties the same as any other employee and shall not be discharged for Union activities. The Xxxxxxx shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time during the working hours to perform the work of the Union but shall not abuse that privilege. Where circumstances warrant, additional Job Stewards to perform the work of the Union on remote segments of a Mainline Pipeline Construction job, shall be agreed upon between the Employer and the Union at the Pre- job Conference or by subsequent arrangement. If you permit other persons to use eBanking or your password or other means to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize.   • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. Further, the DTH Operator shall confirm the details of Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD’s) in respect of all such channels availed from ZEEL in the format provided in ANNEXURE XI. The Parties acknowledge and agree that in the event the DTH Operator intends to make any changes to the Addressable System’s security and encryption technology, including the encryption system (other than standard software upgrades which are deemed not to be material changes), during the Term, the DTH Operator shall intimate the same to ZEEL by submitting Form for Change in Addressable Systems which is made available on ZEEL’s Website.

  • Passwords and Security You acknowledge that you will be the only authorized user of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for your account(s).
