AND HEALTH. The Company and the Union agree to mutually work towards maintaining high standards of health and safety in the plant in order to prevent industrial injury and illness. To investigate promptly all accidents and any unsafe conditions or practices which may be reported to it. Such investigation shall include accidents which might have caused injury to a worker, whether or not such injury occurred. To hold regular meetings, at least monthly, for the discussion of current accidents, their causes, suggested means of preventing their recurrence, and reports of investigations and inspections. The Committee may make recommendations to Management for the improvement of the health and safety of workers. To make recommendations regarding worker education and training programs, including with respect to their implementation and improvement.
