AND EQUIPMENT. The security interest in the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment shall be perfected by possession of the Hot Cell(s) by EZN and shall be effective as of the date of commencement of installation of such Hot Cell(s) and Equipment and shall serve as collateral for the obligations and responsibilities of MIPI under this Agreement. MIPI shall execute all documents reasonably required to provide the above mentioned security interest in and to the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment to EZN.

The Employer agrees that no employee function 'shall be performed until such time as appropriate training has first been received and appropriate equipment has been provided, except with respect to specific on-the-job training. It is expressly agreed that the parties shall meet within thirty (30) days following the ratification of the collective agreement to discuss and review the needs, requirements, facilities and any other matters necessary for the compliance with this'provision regulations. AND EQUIPMENT. The Lessee and Lessor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and repair the Leased Property.

AND EQUIPMENT. The Company will pay the full cost of one uniform per year for each employee and the wearing of the uniform shall be mandatory while on duty immediately upon completion of the probationary period. The cost of maintaining the uniform shall be paid by the employee. It is the em responsibility to keep his uniform as clean and neat as reasonably possible and to wear his uniform at all times while on duty.

It is the policy of Investigation Security Limited that employees at some time during their career with may have to travel for reasons as required by the company. The following procedures will provide Investigation Security Limited employees with guidelines governing travel.

AND EQUIPMENT. If a high voltage disconnect function is used, measurements are taken from both sides of the device performing the disconnect function. However, if the high voltage disconnect is integral to the RESS or the energy conversion system and the high-voltage bus of the RESS or the energy conversion system is fully enclosed within a physical barrier or enclosure that maintains protection class IPXXB after crash test, measurements may be taken only downstream of the device performing the disconnect function. 1. Access probes Access probes to verify the protection of persons against access to live parts are given in table 1. 2. Test conditions The access probe is pushed against any openings of the enclosure with the force specified in table 1. If it partly or fully penetrates, it is placed in every possible position, but in no case shall the stop face fully penetrate through the opening. Internal barriers are considered part of the enclosure. AND EQUIPMENT. The approved modified increase or decrease in the estimated expenditure shall become effective upon written notification by the COMMISSIONER to the MUNICIPALITY and shall thereby be substituted in place of the above estimated expenditure and made part of this Agreement without further action. If the mileage of which work is performed by the MUNICIPALITY increases or decreases or the MUNCIPALITY or the state incurs other changes that impact the cost of performing the work, the amount of the estimated expenditure set forth herein may be adjusted by the COMMSIONER after consultation/negotiation with the MUNICIPALTY in writing, on or before November 1st of any year during the term of this Agreement for which such changed estimated expenditure is to apply. Upon receipt of such notice, the MUNICIPALIITY shall, in cooperation with the STATE, review and reorganize its operations to the fullest extent practicable to accommodate the change.
