AND EQUIPMENT. The Company will pay the full cost of one uniform per year for each employee and the wearing of the uniform shall be mandatory while on duty immediately upon completion of the probationary period. The cost of maintaining the uniform shall be paid by the employee. It is the em responsibility to keep his uniform as clean and neat as reasonably possible and to wear his uniform at all times while on duty.
AND EQUIPMENT. All right, title and interest of the Mortgagor as lessee in, to and under any leases of furniture, furnishings, equipment and any other Goods now or hereafter installed in or at any time used in connection with the Property;
AND EQUIPMENT. The security interest in the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment shall be perfected by possession of the Hot Cell(s) by EZN and shall be effective as of the date of commencement of installation of such Hot Cell(s) and Equipment and shall serve as collateral for the obligations and responsibilities of MIPI under this Agreement. MIPI shall execute all documents reasonably required to provide the above mentioned security interest in and to the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment to EZN.
AND EQUIPMENT. All employees shall wear the uniform(s) prescribed by the Sheriff and possess/carry on duty equipment as required. An employee’s failure to comply with the Sheriff’s policies which prescribe uniform(s) and equipment shall be a basis for disciplinary action. Employees are responsible for cleaning and safeguarding of uniform and equipment items. In addition, the parties recognize that employees are free to acquire for business use and reasons related to their personal preferences law enforcement equipment and items for personal protection, offender control and employee convenience which are not part of the Sheriff’s Office “issued” inventory of items referred to in the first paragraph of this section.
AND EQUIPMENT. Recognizing the uniqueness of the job being performed within The establishment, the Employer shall provide a comprehensive training program for all employees. The Employer agrees that no employee function shall be performed until such time as appropriate training has first been received and the appropriate equipment has been provided, except with respect to specific on-the-job training. It is expressly agreed that the parties shall meet within thirty (30) days following the ratification of the collective agreement to discuss and review the needs, requirements, facilities and any other matters necessary for the compliance with this provision and regulations. All training and testing performed by employees shall be on paid time. All reasonable travel time and expenses shall be borne by the Employer.
AND EQUIPMENT. (1) All employees shall receive One Hundred and Forty (140) points annually for the purpose of exchanging such points for items of uniform and fatigue clothing as identified below.
AND EQUIPMENT. Each full-time fire fighter shall be supplied with the clothing listed on Appendix attached and forming part of this Agreement on an needed basis” at the discretion of the full-time fire fighter.
AND EQUIPMENT. A. The Company will furnish tools, equipment and work gloves as are necessary to do the work and maintain the standard of service required by the Company.

AND EQUIPMENT. The parties agree to replace all of the first paragraph and third paragraph of Section Three of Annex 2 with the following wording: SECTION THREE: DURATION The duration hereof is three (03) years counted as from the date of execution of the Agreement, that is, from December 17, 2015 to December 16, 2018.Moreover, LESSOR grants LESSEE the option to extend the agreement for two (02) additional years, that is, until December 16, 2020. To that end, LESSEE shall inform LESSOR in writing and not later than June 17, 2018 of its express intention to extend the term.
