AND EQUIPMENT. The security interest in the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment shall be perfected by possession of the Hot Cell(s) by EZN and shall be effective as of the date of commencement of installation of such Hot Cell(s) and Equipment and shall serve as collateral for the obligations and responsibilities of MIPI under this Agreement. MIPI shall execute all documents reasonably required to provide the above mentioned security interest in and to the Hot Cell(s) and Equipment to EZN.

The Employer agrees that no employee function 'shall be performed until such time as appropriate training has first been received and appropriate equipment has been provided, except with respect to specific on-the-job training. It is expressly agreed that the parties shall meet within thirty (30) days following the ratification of the collective agreement to discuss and review the needs, requirements, facilities and any other matters necessary for the compliance with this'provision regulations. AND EQUIPMENT. The Company will pay the full cost of one uniform per year for each employee and the wearing of the uniform shall be mandatory while on duty immediately upon completion of the probationary period. The cost of maintaining the uniform shall be paid by the employee. It is the em responsibility to keep his uniform as clean and neat as reasonably possible and to wear his uniform at all times while on duty.
