The Hospital recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses engaged on a full-time basis in nursing care by The Memorial Hospital, save and except Head Nurses and persons above the rank of Head Nurse. The word "nurses", when used in this Agreement, shall mean persons included in the bargaining unit.

Statement of Recognition The Trumbull County Educational Service Center Governing Board, hereinafter identified as the "Board," recognizes the Trumbull County Board Classified Staff Association, affiliated with Northeastern Ohio Education Association, the Ohio Education Association, and the National Education Association, hereafter identified as the "Association," as the sole and exclusive representative for the following classified staff personnel: Courier-Support Staff, Secretary, and Classroom Assistant. Excluded are all management, Administrative Staff in Treasurer's office, supervisory personnel, all certificated personnel, the Superintendent's secretary, and the secretary to the Assistant/Associate Superintendent.
AND DEFINITIONS. The Employer recognizes the Alliance as the exclusive Bargaining Agent with respect to all matters for Civilian Employees of the Police Service, excluding the position of Executive Assistant, Director of Finance and Manager of Human Resources.
AND DEFINITIONS. The Hospital recognizes that in accordance with the issued by the Ontario Labour Relations and dated at Toronto on the 26th day of June, the Ontario Nurses' Association is the bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses engaged in a nursing capacity by Xxxxxxxx and District Hospital at Lake, Ontario, regularly employed for not more than hours per week, save and except Patient Care Manager and persons above the rank of Patient Care Manager. The term shall mean the first level of supervision excluded from the bargaining unit.
AND DEFINITIONS. A-1 The Hospital recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed by the West General Hospital at Xxxxxxxx Falls engaged to work less than five (5) full tours in the average week in a nursing capacity, save and except head nurses, persons above the rank of head nurses.
AND DEFINITIONS. Delete clauses and from the collective agreement signed between the Alliance and the Employer on September which was extended by the Public Sector Compensation Restraint Act and which expired on December and replace by the following: For the purpose of this Agreement: "daily rate of means an employee's hourly rate of pay times his normal number of hours of work per day; rate of pay" means an employee's daily rate of pay multiplied by five (5).
