The Corporation recognizes the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for employees engaged on contract by the Corporation under this Agreement in connection with the preparation and production of all its English language programs or programs destined for an English speaking audience. Persons engaged under this Agreement agree as a standard condition of employment to abide by Corporation policies affecting programming. Employees engaged under this Agreement will be made aware of the Journalistic Policy and have access to it. While this Agreement shall apply to all employees as defined herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be considered as preventing the Corporation from freely obtaining the services of employees who may not be members of provided that all the rates, terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to such non-members. AND APPLICATION. The Corporation recognizes the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists as the sole bargaining agent for performers engaged by the Corporation for the production of its English- language programs o r programs destined for an English-speaking audience. This Agreement shall apply t o all performers participating in radio productions, live or recorded by any means whatsoever for a broadcast over the facilities of the Corporation by direct transmission, land, wire, satellite or distribution by any other method. This includes the selling and distribution of such productions to other broadcasting outlets situated within and/or beyond the boundaries of Canada.
AND APPLICATION. 3.01 (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent as described in the certificate issued pursuant to the Code.
