Ancillary Operations. The Group Practice xxxxx not acquire, establish or commence the operation of any satellite location, medical office, ambulatory surgery center, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, exclusive provider organization or similar entity or organization established or operated by the Group Practice after the date hereof without the prior written consent of Administrator.
Ancillary Operations. The Committee (or a designated sub-committee appointed by the Committee) will work with the School and other parties (e.g. UBC Food Services, UBC Bookstore) to see to it that the Exchange Café and Sauder Bookstore are providing services of a type and quality desired by students.

In the event the Commission and the Union have not reached agreement as to the terms and conditions of employment which shall apply to the employees assigned to the Ancillary Operations as of the date the Commission begins actual management of the Ancillary Operations, then the Commission shall, in its discretion, determine the terms and conditions of employment and shall make them effective. The parties agree that these terms and conditions of employment will be interim terms and conditions of employment and the parties will continue to negotiate in accordance with procedures available under the auspices of the Public Employment Relations Commission, including Mediation and Fact-Finding until final terms and conditions of employment covering employees assigned to the Ancillary Operations are determined.

Ancillary Operations. None of CAR’s employees, contractors, or agents (other than licensed security personnel in accordance with applicable Laws) shall be permitted to carry firearms on the Surface Premises and none shall be permitted to xxxx or fish there without the prior written consent of Legends. CAR shall construct no roads, drillsites, or carry out other operations within 100 feet of any dwelling, without the prior written consent of Legends (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).   • Ongoing Operations From the Effective Date through Closing:

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies;

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.
