Analyzers. All analyzers will be evaluated on application, installation, sampling system requirements, maintainability, and return on investment. See Project Specification 5578-E2-SP-IU-00011, Packaged Analyzer Systems for reference. Analyzers shall be mounted in pressurized and air-conditioned shelters and shall be prepackaged with analyzers and accessories. See Project Specification 5578-E2-SP-IU-00010, Analyzer Shelters and 5578-E2-SP-IU-00011, Packaged Analyzer Systems. A study shall be made by CONTRACTOR on the number of shelters, location, etc., for COMPANY review and approval. CONTRACTOR shall be aware that the COMPANY intends to use advanced analyzer applications in selected offsites areas. CONTRACTOR shall be informed as to what the applications are during detailed engineering. Typically, installation of these advanced analyzers will be simpler than the conventional analyzers they would replace.

Analyzers. Contractor shall engineer, design and procure the analyzers. Field analyzers shall be installed close to the sample probe. Gas chromatographs requiring environmentally controlled installation will be in ‘Analyzer Houses’ with their associated components, including calibration system. Contractor shall engineer, design, procure, install and commissioned all the analyzers including subcomponents such as sampling probes and conditioning system. Sample probes shall be designed in accordance with Specification for Packaged Analyzer System as referenced in Appendix B.

  • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to: (i) update any API from time to time; (ii) place limitations around your use of any API; and (iii) deny you access to any API in the event of misuse by you or to otherwise protect our legitimate interests.
