Stream Modification and Associated Habitats Reports shall include:  Analysis of the Transportation Activity’s potential to affect the channel;  Appropriate ArcGIS shapefiles, 7.5 minute USGS topographic maps, and aerial photographs showing all areas surveyed;  Dates of fieldwork;  Photographs typical of the area(s) surveyed;  Sources for and results of preliminary data collection;  Survey protocols or other methods used;  The name(s) of the person(s) performing the fieldwork;  Weather conditions at the time of the survey(s); and  Whether the protected species is absent or present.

  • MANUALS AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION Product shall be furnished, at no extra charge, with one complete set of standard operator instruction manuals and Documentation (hard copy, CD/DVD or web link) as would normally accompany such Product(s). Contractor shall also ensure that the part numbers and net prices associated with the documentation are available to the Authorized User and included on its approved price list for the Contract should an Authorized User need to purchase additional sets of technical manuals. Where Documentation is provided in electronic format, an Authorized User shall be entitled to make copies to the extent necessary to fully enjoy the rights granted under this Contract provided that the Authorized User reproduces the copyright notice and any other legend of ownership on any copies made.

  • Alterations and Attachments Student and Parent may not make any alterations in or add attachments, hardware, or software to the mobile device computer absent express permission from M-DCPS, which permission is at the sole option of M-DCPS.

  • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time Publisher may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats. When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give notice of any such changes to Licensee as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than sixty (60) days in advance of modification. Such a notice may also be given directly by the Publisher to the Licensee. If any of the changes, modifications, or migrations renders the Licensed Materials substantially less useful to the Licensee, the Participating Institutions or their Authorized Users, the Licensee may seek to terminate this Agreement for breach pursuant to the termination provisions of this Agreement in Section XI, below.

  • INTEGRATIONS & MODIFICATIONS This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties. Except as identified in this Agreement, there are no other prior written agreements and no prior or contemporaneous oral agreements that are a part of this Agreement. No modification to this Agreement shall be valid, unless in writing and executed by both parties.

  • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL).
