Analogous proceedings. There occurs, in relation to the Company or Material Subsidiary, any event anywhere which, in the opinion of the Majority Banks, appears to correspond with any of those mentioned in Clauses 19.6 (Insolvency) to 19.9 (Creditors' process) (inclusive).
