Analogous proceedings there occurs, in relation to any Security Party, in any country or territory in which any of them carries on business or to the jurisdiction of whose courts any part of their assets is subject, any event which, in the reasonable opinion of the Agent, appears in that country or territory to correspond with, or have an effect equivalent or similar to, any of those mentioned in clauses 10.1.6 to 10.1.12 (inclusive) or any Security Party otherwise becomes subject, in any such country or territory, to the operation of any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation; or
Analogous proceedings there occurs, in relation to any Security Party or other Restricted Company, in any country or territory in which any of them carries on business or to the jurisdiction of whose courts any part of their assets is subject, any event which, in the reasonable opinion of the Agent, appears in that country or territory to correspond with, or have an effect equivalent or similar to, any of those mentioned in clauses 10.1.7 to 10.1.13 (inclusive) or any Security Party or other Restricted Company otherwise becomes subject, in any such country or territory, to the operation of any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation; or
Analogous proceedings there occurs, in relation to any Relevant Party, in any country or territory in which any of them carries on business or to the jurisdiction of whose courts any part of their assets is subject, any event which, in the reasonable opinion of the Bank, appears in that country or territory to correspond with, or have an effect equivalent or similar to, any of those mentioned in clauses 10.1.7 to 10.1.13 (inclusive) or any Relevant Party otherwise becomes subject, in any such country or territory, to the operation of any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation; or
Analogous proceedings. There occurs, in relation to a Borrower or Material Subsidiary, any event anywhere which, in the opinion of the Majority Banks, appears to correspond with any of those mentioned in Clauses 20.6 (Insolvency) to 20.9 (Creditors' process) (inclusive).
Analogous proceedings there occurs, in relation to the Borrower, in any country or territory in which it carries on business or to the jurisdiction of whose courts any part of its assets is subject, any event which, in the reasonable opinion of the Lender, appears in that country or territory to correspond with, or have an effect equivalent or similar to, any of those mentioned in clauses 9.1.6 to 9.1.10 (inclusive) or the Borrower otherwise becomes subject, in any such country or territory, to the operation of any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation; or
Analogous proceedings. There occurs, in relation to an Obligor any event anywhere which corresponds with any of those mentioned in Clauses 18.6 (Insolvency) to 18.9 (Creditors’ process) (both inclusive).
Analogous proceedings. There occurs, in relation to the Borrower, any event anywhere which, in the opinion of the Majority Banks, appears to correspond with any of those mentioned in Clauses 17.6 (Insolvency) to 17.9 (Creditors' process) (inclusive).
Analogous proceedings. There occurs, in relation to the Borrower or any Material Subsidiary in any country or territory in which any of them carries on business or to the jurisdiction of whose courts any part of their respective assets is subject, any event which, in the reasonable opinion of the Required Lenders, appears in that country or territory to correspond with, or have an effect equivalent or similar to, any of those mentioned in Sections 8.01(f) through (i) (inclusive) or the Borrower or any Material Subsidiary otherwise becomes subject, in any such country or territory, to the operation of any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation; or
Analogous proceedings there occurs, in relation to that person in any jurisdiction, any event which corresponds with, or has an effect equivalent or similar to, any of the events mentioned in the foregoing paragraphs;
Analogous proceedings there occurs, in relation to any Security Party or Navios GP, in any country or territory in which any of them carries on business or to the jurisdiction of whose courts any part of their assets is subject, any event which, in the reasonable opinion of the Agent, appears in that country or territory to correspond with, or have an effect equivalent or similar to, any of those mentioned in clauses 10.1.6 to 10.1.12 (inclusive) or any Security Party or Navios GP otherwise becomes subject, in any such country or territory, to the operation of any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation; or
