Common use of an IXC Clause in Contracts

an IXC. 11.3.1.1 Verizon will query the call and route the call to the appropriate IXC; 11.3.1.2 Verizon will provide an appropriate EMI record to Cost Plus; 11.3.1.3 Verizon will bill the IXC Verizon's applicable Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and Verizon's applicable Tariff query charges; and 11.3.1.4 Cost Plus will bill the IXC Cost Plus’s applicable Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges.
