Common use of An Individual Employer Clause in Contracts

An Individual Employer. who has employed an apprentice for at least six months during the apprentice’s fourth period, shall receive apprentice xxxxxxx credit for all of the Employee’s work for the Individual Employer as a journeyperson during the twelve (12) months immediately following the date the Employee obtains journeyperson status.
