Common use of An Event of Default Clause in Contracts

An Event of Default. under Section 8.1(b) of the Credit Agreement as a result of Loan Parties' failure to timely deliver a written certificate signed by a Financial Officer of U.S. Borrower to the effect that to the best of such officer's knowledge and belief no Default or Event of Default has occurred during the period covered by the financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2016 and setting forth the calculations supporting such statements in respect of Section 7.11 of the Credit Agreement, as required by Section 6.5(j) of the Credit Agreement;

An Event of Default. under Section 8.1(b) of the Credit Agreement as a result of Loan Parties' failure to timely deliver a written certificate signed by a Financial Officer of U.S. Borrower to the effect that to the best of such officer's knowledge and belief no Default or Event of Specified Default has occurred during the period covered by the financial statements for the period ending December March 31, 2016 2017 and setting forth the calculations supporting such statements in respect of Section 7.11 of the Credit Agreement, as required by Section 6.5(j) of the Credit Agreement;
