An employee in the Bargaining. Unit shall have the opportunity to review his/her personnel file upon request, and submit a written rebuttal to any material derogatory to the Employee's conduct, service, character, or personality. To facilitate this process, the Employee will make an appointment with the Human Resources Office.
An employee in the Bargaining. Unit promoted to a position outside the Bargaining Unit shall continue to accumulate seniority for a period of six (6) calendar months. If such employee elects to remain outside the Bargaining Unit at the end of such six (6) month period, he/she will forfeit his/her seniority.
