Common use of Amounts Remaining in Funds Clause in Contracts

Amounts Remaining in Funds. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.11 of the Indenture, it is agreed by the parties hereto that any amounts remaining in any account of the Bond Fund, the Project Fund, or any other fund (other than the Rebate Fund) created under the Indenture upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, as provided in this Agreement, after payment in full of the Bonds (or provision for payment thereof having been made in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture) and the fees and expenses of the Trustee in accordance with the Indenture, shall belong to and be paid to the Company by the Trustee.
