Amounts Remaining in Bond Fund. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 709 of the Indenture, certain surplus moneys remaining in the two accounts in the Bond Fund shall belong to and be paid to the Company by the Trustee as an overpayment of rents.
