Common use of Amounts Remaining in Bond Fund Clause in Contracts

Amounts Remaining in Bond Fund. Any amounts remaining in the Bond Fund upon expiration or earlier termination of this Refunding Agreement as herein provided, after payment in full of the Bonds (or provision therefor) in accordance with the Indenture, all other costs and expenses to be paid by the Company hereunder, all Administration Expenses, and all amounts owing the Issuer and the Trustee under this Refunding Agreement and the Indenture, shall belong to and be paid to the Company, as an overpayment of the payments.
