Amount of Union Dues. Before the Employer is obligated to deduct any dues under this Article, the Local Union must advise the Employer in writing of the specific amount or the percentage of regularly monthly salary to be deducted as regular monthly dues. The amount so advised shall continue to be the amount of dues to be deducted under this Article, until changed by a further written notice to the Employer signed by the President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Local Union, after which such changed amount shall be the amount to be deducted. The parties agree that no more than one change in dues will be processed during any calendar year, unless mutually agreed to by the parties. Where the amount of the dues is changed, the Employer shall implement the new amount not later than three (3) months after notification from the Local Union.
