Amount of PIR Fees. Registrar agrees to pay PIR the fees set forth in Exhibit A for services provided by PIR to Registrar (collectively, "Fees"). PIR reserves the right to revise the Fees from time to time, provided that PIR shall provide at least six (6) months notice to Registrar prior to any increases in fees for initial registrations, renewal registrations or fees for registrations associated with transfers of sponsorship. In addition, Registrar agrees to pay PIR the applicable variable fees assessed to Registry Operator by ICANN, as permitted by Subsection 7.2(b) of the Registry Agreement by no later ten (10) days after the date of an invoice from Registry Operator for such fees.

  • Amount of Fee Prior to the beginning of each membership year, the Association will notify the Board in writing of the amount of the regular membership dues, initiation fees and assessments charged by the Association to its own members for that membership year.
