Amount of Dues. The amount of dues, initiation fees, and assessments to be deducted shall be certified to the Employer, in writing, by the Lodge. Changes in rates of such deductions shall be effective on the next payday from which dues are customarily deducted for which the Employer has thirty (30) day notice of the change in deduction rates.
