Common use of Amount of Dues Clause in Contracts

Amount of Dues. The amount of the regular monthly dues shall be those authorized by the Union and the Vice-President – Local Finance of the Union shall notify the Employer of any changes therein and such notification shall be the Employer’s conclusive authority to make the deduction as specified in the Dues Notification Letter. In the case of any changes to the local dues levies, notification will be made by the local treasurer and such notification shall be the Employer's conclusive authority to make the deduction specified.
