Common use of Amount of Dues Clause in Contracts

Amount of Dues. The rate at which dues, fees and assessments are to be deducted shall be certified to the Employer by the Treasurer of the FOP/OLC annually. One (1) month advance notice must be to the Employer prior to making in an individual’s dues, or assessment deduction.

Amount of Dues. The rate at which dues, fees and assessments are to be deducted 40 shall be certified to the Employer by the Treasurer of the FOP/OLC annually. One (1) month 41 advance notice must be to the Employer prior to making in an individual’s dues, or assessment 42 deduction.

Amount of Dues. The rate at which dues, fees and assessments dues are to be deducted shall be certified to the Employer payroll clerk by the Treasurer treasurer of the FOP/OLC annuallyduring January of each year. One (1) month advance notice must be to given the Employer payroll clerk prior to making any changes in an individual’s dues, or assessment deductiondues deductions.
