Amount of Dues. The Association shall certify to the County in writing the current rate of membership dues. The Association will notify the County of any change in the rate of membership dues at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such change.
Amount of Dues. In the event of a change in the amount of dues or fees voted by the Union during the term of this Agreement, AFSCME Council No. 93 shall so inform the Director of Human Resources of the City in writing. After receipt of same, dues or fees as therein noted shall be deemed to have been authorized to be withheld on behalf of the employees who had previously signed authorization forms as noted.

The Union shall certify the amount of membership dues or fees for service to be deducted from each employee’s total gross pay, whether in the form of initiation fees, periodic monthly dues, or authorized assessments, in writing by an authorized Union official. The Union shall notify the employer in writing of the amount of dues and initiation fees and any change therein.
Amount of Dues. The rate at which dues, fees and assessments are to be deducted 36 shall be certified to the Employer by the Treasurer of the FOP/OLC annually. One (1) month 37 advance notice must be to the Employer prior to making in an individual’s dues, or assessment 38 deduction.
Amount of Dues. The Association shall certify to the District in writing the current rate of membership dues and agency fees. The District shall put into effect any new, changed, or discontinued deduction no later than the beginning of the second pay period after receipt of written notice from the Association.

The amount of the regular monthly dues shall be those authorized by the Union and the Vice-President – Local Finance of the Union shall notify the Employer of any changes therein and such notification shall be the Employer’s conclusive authority to make the deduction as specified in the Dues Notification Letter. In the case of any changes to the local dues levies, notification will be made by the local treasurer and such notification shall be the Employer's conclusive authority to make the deduction specified.
Amount of Dues. The Union shall advise the Company, in writing of the amount of Union dues to be deducted, and of any changes in the dues structure made from time to time.
Amount of Dues. The SBU shall certify to the County in writing the current rate of membership dues. The SBU will notify the County of any change in the rate of membership dues at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of such change.
Amount of Dues. The amount of dues, initiation fees, and assessments to be deducted shall be certified to the Employer, in writing, by the Lodge. Changes in rates of such deductions shall be effective on the next payday from which dues are customarily deducted for which the Employer has thirty (30) days notice of the change in deduction rates.
Amount of Dues. The amount of the dues deducted will remain the same until the Union certifies to the County, in writing, over the signature of an authorized officer of the Union, that it has been lawfully changed and what the new deduction will be each pay period. The County shall be notified at least two months in advance of the effective date of such a change.
