Amount of Bandwidth Provided. (a) Where we undertake to provide you with a leased line of a certain capacity for hSo: Access, limitations of our suppliers’ bandwidth delivery equipment may mean that the actual capacity delivered is slightly above or below the stated capacity, but in any case will be within five (5) percent of the specified figure. Where, for reasons beyond our control, bandwidth falls below this range, we reserve the right to pro-rate the cost of the service downwards, or to terminate the Agreement.

  • Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment.
