Amount of Advance. We will pay you the Advance for all of your right, title, and interest in and to the Specified Amount of Future Receivables, which is equal to the Purchase Priceminusthe Outstanding Amount. If, after the Effective Date but before we fund the Advance under this Agreement, you make payments on Future Receivables that we purchased from you under the Existing Terminating Revenue Share Agreement and that remained undelivered as of the Effective Date, those payments will be deemed a partial payment of the Specified Amount under this Agreement.
Amount of Advance. 3. Borrower hereby represents and warrants that as of the date hereof and as of the date of the Advance requested hereunder, all statements contained in Section 4.2(a), (b) and (c) of the Credit Agreement are and will be true and correct in all material respects.

Amount of Advance. The amount of the requested Advance, when combined with the sum of all prior Advances made hereunder shall not exceed the Maximum Advance Amount for the Loan. From each Advance the Bank will transfer amounts as specified in each Advance Request.
Amount of Advance. Each Advance shall be in a principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of PPP Loans pledged by the Borrower to secure that Advance. The amount of any Advance made pursuant to the PPPLF outstanding at any one time shall not exceed the outstanding amount of PPP Loans pledged by the Borrower to secure that Advance.
Amount of Advance. USD In connection with the requested Advance, the Borrower hereby represents and warrants as of the date hereof that after giving effect to the requested Advance the amount of the Loan advanced and not repaid will not be greater than the Maximum Loan Amount.
