Amount and Method of Compensation. The amounts set forth in this Article 5 are the total compensation payable to Consultant and constitute a limitation upon County’s obligation to compensate Consultant for Services under this Agreement, but do not constitute a limitation of any sort upon Consultant’s obligation to perform all Services required under this Agreement.

Amount and Method of Compensation. The total annual cumulative amount authorized for all Surtax Project Work Authorizations issued under this Agreement shall not exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). Related to Amount and Method of Compensation

  • Compensation and Method of Payment Subject to any limitations set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, District agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in Exhibit B “Compensation”.
