Amnesty. An amnesty granted to any person falling within the jurisdiction of the Special Court in respect of the crimes referred to in articles 2 to 4 of the present Statute shall not be a bar to prosecution.
Amnesty. The NTGL shall give consideration to a recommendation for general amnesty to all persons and parties engaged or involved in military activities during the Liberian civil conflict that is the subject of this Agreement.

The Board of Education of Elgin School District U-46 hereby agrees that it will take no reprisals against any employee of the Elgin School District U-46 as a result of having participated in the work stoppage on Thursday, September 7th through Wednesday, September 13th, 1978.
