Amicable Resolution. (a) Save where expressly stated to the contrary in this Agreement, any dispute, difference or controversy of whatever nature between the Parties, howsoever arising under, out of or in relation to this Agreement (the "Dispute") shall in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably in accordance with the procedure set forth in Clause 12.1 (b).

Amicable Resolution. 16.1.1. No legal action till Dispute Settlement Procedure is exhausted. Any and all Disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of Article 16. No action at law concerning or arising out of any Dispute shall be commenced unless and until all applicable Dispute resolution procedures set out in Article 16 shall have been finally exhausted in relation to that Dispute or any Dispute out of which that Dispute shall have arisen with which it may be or may have been connected.
Amicable Resolution. The Parties mutually desire that friendly collaboration will continue between them. Accordingly, they will try to resolve in an amicable manner all disagreements and misunderstandings connected with their respective rights and obligations under this Lease, including any amendments hereto. In furtherance thereof, in the event of any dispute or disagreement (a “Dispute”) between the Parties in connection with this Lease, then the Dispute, upon written request of either Party, will be referred for resolution to the General Counsels of the Parties, which General Counsels will have ten (10) days to resolve such Dispute.

If the presidents of the relevant divisions for each of PROVIDING PARTY and RECEIVING PARTY do not agree to a resolution of such Dispute within fifteen (15) days after the reference of the matter to them, such presidents of the relevant divisions will refer such matter to the president of each of PROVIDING PARTY and RECEIVING PARTY for final resolution. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 1.4, any amendment to the terms of this Agreement may only be effected in accordance with Section 11.10.

Amicable Resolution. Where a dispute arises under this Agreement, the Parties shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations failing which they shall attempt at dispute resolution with the intervention of mutually agreed official of the DoHFW, GoWB.
Amicable Resolution. The Parties shall attempt to settle any controversy between them amicably. To this end, a senior executive from each Party shall consult and negotiate to reach a solution. The Parties agree that the period of amicable resolution shall toll any otherwise applicable statute of limitations. However, nothing in this clause shall preclude any Party from commencing mediation if said negotiations do not result in a signed written settlement agreement within thirty (30) days after written notice that these amicable resolution negotiations have commenced.
