The OATT has been designated as FERC Electric Tariff Original Volume No. 4, effective July 9, 1996. AEPSC requests waiver of the notice requirements to permit the Service Agreements to be made effective for service billed on and after July 1, 1998. Comment date: August 20, 1998, in accordance with Standard Paragraph E at the end of this notice.
