Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. 15.1 VIVEUM reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time and without giving reasons. These General Terms and Conditions can be accessed on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx . The amended terms and conditions will be sent to the customer by e-mail no later than two weeks before they come into effect. Amendments to these GTC shall be deemed approved and shall also be effective for existing contracts if the customer does not object to them within two weeks after transmission or other announcement of the amended GTC. VIVEUM shall inform the customer separately of the significance of this two-week period in the e-mail containing the amended terms and conditions. The customer shall be notified of any changes or amendments to these GTC by means of a notice on the homepage and/or by e-mail.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. 35.1 UPER ENERGY EUROPE B.V. shall be entitled to amend these General Terms and Conditions. UPER ENERGY EUROPE B.V. shall announce any amendments to the General Terms and Conditions at least ten (10) days in advance. Such amendments shall be effective from the date stated in the UPER ENERGY EUROPE B.V.'s notification.

Such amendments shall enter into force no earlier than 30 days following notification of the amendment being given to the Account Holder. Diners Club shall have the right to refer to its website or customer service as a source for the Account Holder to find complete information on the terms and conditions and on the price list. If the Account Holder does not approve of the amendment, it shall have the right to terminate the Agreement with an immediate effect before such amendment take effect. If the Account Holder does not terminate the Agreement, it shall be deemed to have accepted the said amendments.

Arval will immediately notify the Client in writing of amendments to the General Terms and Conditions of the SMTR Master Agreement and the SMTR agreement. If Client does not object within one month of such notification, the Client is deemed to agree to the new General Terms and Conditions.
