Common use of Amendments to Section 2 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 2. 02(a). Section 2.02(a) is hereby amended to add the words “or GBP” after each reference to the word “Euros” therein.

Amendments to Section 2. 02(a06(h). Section 2.02(a2.06(h) is hereby amended to add the words “or GBP, as applicable,” after each reference to the word “Euros” therein.

Amendments to Section 2. 02(a)22. Section 2.02(a) 2.22 is hereby amended to add the words “or GBP” after each reference to the word “Euros” therein.
