Amendments to Other Loan Documents. (a) All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. Each of the other Loan Documents is hereby amended to the extent necessary to reflect the amendments to the terms of the Loan Agreement effected by this Amendment. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each of the other Loan Documents shall secure the Revolving Credit Note (as defined below) to the same extent, and with the same effect, as it secured the Prior Note (as defined below). The Borrower shall take or cause to be taken such actions, and shall execute, deliver, file and/or record or cause to be executed, delivered, filed and/or recorded such documents and other instruments, as the Bank shall deem to be necessary or advisable in order to confirm, implement or perfect the amendments to the other Loan Documents effected by this Paragraph.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. Each of the other Loan Documents is hereby amended to the extent necessary to reflect the amendment(s) to the terms of the Loan Agreement effected by this Amendment. The Borrower shall take or cause to be taken such actions, and shall execute, deliver, file and/or record or cause to be executed, delivered, filed and/or recorded such documents and other instruments, as the Bank shall deem to be necessary or advisable in order to confirm, implement or perfect the amendments to the other Loan Documents effected by this Paragraph.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. All references in each Loan Document to the Loan Agreement shall refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby, as such Loan Agreement may be further amended from time to time.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. Each of the other Loan Documents is hereby amended to the extent necessary to reflect the amendments to the terms of the Credit Agreement effected by this Agreement.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. All other Loan Documents including Draw Notes shall be deemed modified as necessary to be consistent with this Amendment. Borrowers affirm and acknowledge that this Amendment, shall be a deemed a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Agreements and the other Loan Documents thereunder.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received Amendment No. 1 to Closing Date Intercreditor Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to First Lien Security Agreement, in each case in the form as attached hereto as Annex I and Annex II, respectively, and executed by the parties thereto.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. Effective as of the date hereof, all references in the Loan Documents to "Barclays Business Credit, Inc." shall be deemed references to "Shawmut Capital Corporation" and all references therein to "Barclays" shall be deemed references to "Shawmut".
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. All references in each of the Loan Documents to the Loan Agreement shall refer to the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, as such Loan Agreement may be further amended from time to time. From and after such time, if ever, when Lender delivers and releases the Partial Release for recording, all references to the Mortgaged Property shall not include the portion of the Mortgaged Property released from Lender’s liens as set forth in the Partial Release.
Amendments to Other Loan Documents. The Other Loan Documents are hereby amended as follows:
