Common use of Amendments to Original Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Original Agreement. (a) As of the date hereof, Section 1 of the Original Agreement is deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following: “The term of the Original Agreement, including all amendments thereto, shall be for a period of three years commencing on April 1, 2018 and continuing through March 31, 2021 (“Term”), unless otherwise terminated as set in the Original Agreement. The Term shall automatically renew for the two-year period beginning April 1, 2021 and ending March 31, 2023 (the “Renewal Term”) unless either party provides written notice to the other party of non-renewal on or before October 1, 2020.”

Amendments to Original Agreement. (a) As of the date hereof, Section 1 of the Original Agreement and Third Amendment is deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following: “The term of the Original Agreement, including all amendments thereto, shall be for a period of three years commencing commence on April June 1, 2018 2015 and continuing continue through March 31June 30, 2021 2022 (“Term”), unless otherwise terminated as set forth in the Original Agreement. The Term shall automatically renew for the two-year period beginning April July 1, 2021 2022 and ending March 31June 30, 2023 2024 (the “Renewal Term”) unless either party provides written notice to the other party of non-renewal on or before October 1April 31, 20202022.”
