Amendments to Organization Documents. Amend, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to amend, its certificate of incorporation or bylaws or other Organization Documents in a manner adverse to the interests of the Lenders.
Amendments to Organization Documents. Amend, modify or change its certificate or articles of incorporation or formation (including by the filing or modification of any certificate or articles of designation), certificate of formation, limited liability company agreement or by-laws (or the equivalent organizational documents), as applicable, in each case, in any manner materially adverse to the interests of the Lenders (taken as a whole); provided that, in each case, a certificate of a Responsible Officer delivered to the Administrative Agent at least four (4) Business Days (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the Administrative Agent) prior to any such amendment, modification or change, together with a reasonably detailed description of the material terms and conditions of such amendment, modification or change or drafts of the documentation relating thereto, stating that the Borrower has determined in good faith that such terms and conditions satisfy the requirement of this clause (3) shall be conclusive evidence that such amendment, modification or change satisfies such requirement unless the Administrative Agent notifies the Borrower within such four (4) Business Day (or shorter) period that it disagrees with such determination (including a description of the basis upon which it disagrees).
Amendments to Organization Documents. Amend any of its Organization Documents in a manner materially adverse to the Lenders (in their capacities as such); provided that, any amendment of any such Organization Documents substantially in a form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Effective Date shall not be deemed to be materially adverse to the Lenders.

Amendments to Organization Documents. Amend, restate, supplement or otherwise modify the Organization Documents of CSI or any Subsidiary if such amendment, restatement, supplement or modification could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect on (a) the rights and remedies of the Lenders and Agent or (b) the ability of Borrower and the Guarantors to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement and any other Loan Document.
Amendments to Organization Documents. Make any material amendments or other modifications to its Organization Documents that are materially adverse to the Agents or the Lenders in their capacities as such.

With respect to the Borrower and each Guarantor, amend, modify or change its Organization Documents in any material respect if such amendment, modification or change would have a Material Adverse Effect on the interests of the Lenders or the Administrative Agent, taken as a whole.
